My new born is 7 weeks old now. I breastfed her for the first 3 weeks with the combination of formula milk as my milk supply was very low. I also did not have proper encouragement from elders at home.
Now I would like to continue breastfeeding again, would that be possible?

Thank you for your question.
Of course you can continue to breast feed. You may even be able to exclusively breast feed your baby.
Gradually reduce the amount and frequency of the formula milk offered to your baby. Ensure that you always latch your baby on your breast for each and every feed. Let your baby guide you. Ensure you have sufficient rest , both mentally and physically; diet is also important so ensure you do not miss out on your meals.
Be patient; it may seem like you may not have sufficient supply initially but gradually over time and with baby feeding directly from the breast more often and less formula milk, you will succeed.
