My baby is 2 months old. I noticed my wrist hurts and is painful 2wks ago especially when I try to lift up my baby for breastfeeding during the night. Even if my wrist is at rest, it gets painful if I press on my wrist.
Is it something to do with hormonal changes, or joint injury?

Thank you for your question and I do sympathize with you. Having a young baby needs a lot of wrist movement; picking up, breast feeding, holding and bathing baby among many other things.
From your description you sounded like you may have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This may be caused by repetitively performing the same tasks which causes stress and strain to the tendons in the wrist. In this case handling baby for the past two months.
I suggest you visit a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and prescribe to you the appropriate treatment. In the meantime, you may want to wear some form of support at your wrist to provide some support. Do rest your wrists when possible.
