I would like to ask what can be used to relieve PUPPP itchiness during pregnancy?

PUPPP stands for Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy and it appears as a bumpy and itchy rash.
It usually starts from the body to the hands and legs. It is a common rash in pregnancy and does not harm the baby and starts usually in the 3rd trimester and settles after delivery. The cause is unknown.
Treatment includes application of topical moisturising creams or aqueous/emollient ointments. Sometimes topical steroid cream is used and anti-histamines if the itching is unbearable. “
