I delivered my 3rd prince 3 months ago, weighted 3.6kg. He’s on solely breastmilk. I went back working 3 1/2 weeks ago. Hence, during the day I pump & store breastmilk for the next day usage. I can only direct feed him at night & the next early morning. The same procedure applied for weekends too. Anyhow, I have had my menses discharge on the 2nd month. It flowed heavily compared to my norm. Then, the discharge came back exactly a complete cycle of 30 days. I had the locia discharge for 1 whole confinement month (28-30 days).
Can anyone please tell me that this is normal?

Dear FL,
It is not uncommon to have the bleeding, as you described, when
breastfeeding. However, if you are worried, you should see your doctor
to exclude any local causes such as cervical polyp etc.
