My hair is falling off alot right after I gave birth..
Why is it so?
And what can I do about it?

Hair loss is not uncommon after childbirth. It is usually related to the fluctuations of hormones in pregnancy. It is often distressing to the woman but thankfully, in most cases, this problem is transient.
It may be prudent to exclude some of the medical causes such as thyroid problems or local fungal infection.
You should see a dermatologist for advice if it does not settle.
